We have a long and very
successful track record in this area, commencing when we were
appointed by Dr. John Baily then Surveyor of the Fabric at Lincoln
Cathedral.
This work has developed to
the extent that we now hold appointments in respect of 17 Grade 1 or
2 listed buildings in the Yorkshire area alone together with three
20th century churches.
The Partnership is
actively involved in repairs, conservation work, quinquennial (5
year) inspections, extensions and re-ordering of churches. Richard
Crooks was one of the first architects in the UK to become
accredited in building conservation and is able to advise, consult
and lead on projects requiring this high level of knowledge,
experience and qualifications.
